Acceptance in such courses is automatic. Please ring the course leader or enroll online. *** When members log into the ‘Membership only’ pages, they will see a new button on the MENU OPTIONS PAGE labeled “Archives”. This new page will reveal a work in progress where eventually all the Newsletters of U3A and many of the Minutes of the General Meetings since 1995 will be accessible. Have a look—it’s fascinating reading. *** Course Leaders: The wonderful Hays Griffin who used to do much of the Leaders’ printing for them (free of charge) is no longer able to do perform this service. He has very generously donated two printers and various cartridges to U3A and these are now installed at Myra Vale, HarbisonCare, for members’ use. If anyone wishes to make use of this facility (alas no longer free), please contact Martin Pronk (see About Us). *** Please be sure that the email address U3A has for you is correct. Go to your Personal Page on the web site. We use this address to contact you from time to time but especially at Course Enrolment time. *** Please consider NOT receiving your Wise Owl through the post. It now costs some $6.00 per year to send you the newsletter through Australia Post not to mention the amount of paper used.
